We do however need to maintain information collected from our medical intake form for people seeking care ages 13 through 18 years to ensure compliance with state abortion laws and prevent fraudulent attempts to seek care by potential minors. We will review this information periodically and delete it from our records when no longer necessary to ensure safety of minors.

What are your privacy rights?
