REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing to seek services with IGH PLLC, doing business as Abortion on Demand or AOD (“Abortion on Demand”, “AOD”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you have any questions or concerns about this refund policy, please contact us at info@abortionondemand.org.

We cannot accept returns of abortion kits or provide refunds after kits have left our pharmacy partner’s facility in Warren, MI. If you wish to cancel your order or have changed your mind between payment and order processing, please contact us at the urgent administrative phone line provided during your virtual visit. We cannot guarantee cancellations in all circumstances due to our rapid order and shipping process. Patients in Minnesota and Georgia have a full 24-hour period between their appointment times and order fulfillment due to state law; we cannot guarantee cancellation refunds in other circumstances. 

If you are unsatisfied with your service during your visit you or change your mind during your visit, you are not obligated to complete your medication order. If medication abortion is unsafe for you based on the physician’s professional judgement, you will not be obligated to provide payment. If you use our services and change your mind about proceeding, we will refund all but $50 for staff time and resources. 

Medication abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol is 95-98% effective for safely terminating a pregnancy. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the up to 5% risk that this regimen will not successfully terminate your pregnancy. We cannot provide refunds or monetary credits for unsuccessful terminations but will coordinate care with in person clinics as needed.
