Depending on your state, you will receive additional consent and pamphlets after your virtual visit.
Please have a valid photo ID on hand for your appointment. We cannot accept screenshots or photocopies of your ID.

Tips for a great video visit:
Use a wifi connection if at all possible.
Write down any questions in advance and have something to write down answers with.
Family and partners are welcome to participate. Please have them in the video feed to make it go smoother.
We take distracted driving very seriously and will immediately end a visit in which a patient is operating a vehicle.
